Salted cod with tomatoes and peppers

Ingredients
500 g salt cod
500 g potatoes
250 g tomatoes
250 g peppers
500 g onion
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
pepper
salt
Method
Codta be soak 12 hours in cold water, and boned meat is cut into pieces. Peeled potatoes, onions, peppers cleaned, scalded and peeled tomatoes are cut into pieces and together with codta placed in rows in a greased baking dish with sunflower oil. The top line should be potatoes. Each row add salt, sprinkle with pepper and bake under a blanket hour - hour and a half in low oven.
