Spicy Chicken

Ingredients
1 chicken
1 cup white wine
40 g butter
3 tbsp honey
1 tbsp mustard
1 lemon
1 orange
oil
salt, cumin, basil
Method
Chicken washed and cut into portions. In a bowl, mix orange peel and lemon, mustard, honey, fruit juices and both oil. Meat pieces are sprinkled with salt and cumin to taste. Each of them add some in the resulting sauce. The pieces are arranged in a container in which to bake, and pour the rest of the sauce mixed with white wine. Allow to marinated 2-3 hours. Sprinkle with finely chopped basil. Court screw with oil or fsunflower was capped and the meat is baked in a hot oven about 20-25 minutes. Then unwound and coated with half butter. Reduce oven and baked until ready. When removing from the oven smeared with other butter.
