Spinach soup with eggs crossed

Ingredients
300-400 g frozen spinach
2 onions
2 carrots
potatoes 4
3 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
5-6 eggs
handful of vermicelli (I use thin spaghetti)
spices to taste

Method
In a saucepan pour 2 liters of water, add salt and sunflower oil and bring to the boil. Put chopped onion and carrot. As a turnaround 15 minutes put the chopped potatoes. As soften add spinach. Once the boil again put noodles. Eggs are broken down lightly with a fork in a separate bowl and pour a trickle to the boiling soup. The stove is reduced and the soup is ready to dogotvya. * When serving always add spoonful of yogurt. * Another version of the soup is when eggs are not broken, but leave whole - are veiled.
