Ingredients
          1 kg bass
          2 tomatoes
          1 clove garlic
          40 g parmesan cheese
          30 g almonds
          20 g breadcrumbs
          1 lemon
          50 ml olive oil
          2 sprigs parsley
          black pepper, salt
              Method
              Preheat oven to 200C. Thoroughly clean bass and remove the spine without removing the two fillets. Salt the inside and outside and let it take over. During this time, wash the tomatoes and cut them into slices. In a large mortar crush the almonds, parsley, garlic and bread crumbs. Then add the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and mix well. Place sliced tomatoes in the pan, which you have previously greased. Put bass on them, pour the crushed mixture. Bake for about 20 minutes.
