Soup chicken

500 g chicken
1 (50 g) carrots
2 (75 g) roots of parsley
2 heads (100 g) onion
8-10 peppercorns
2 bay leaf
5 tbsp (50 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1 tbsp (10 g) rice
2 eggs
1/2 cup (100 g) yogurt
1 lemon

Chicken cut into pieces, pour 6-7 cups cold water and put the fire to boil along with carrots, magdanozovite roots, pepper, bay leaves and salt to taste. In fat are placed consecutively and sauté chopped onion and flour, mixed with red pepper, dilute with a little broth and pour in the soup. After ten minutes, put the rice and boil until soft. Soup after downloading it from the fire bind with eggs, yogurt and lemon juice, sprinkle with black pepper and chopped parsley and serve.

It was cruel soup, but remember, salt and vinegar.

This soup cook Jan. 25 years alone. I know it under the name ORACH soup. It is very tasty, but I put a little more rice. Tonight it was us for dinner! :) Make no mistake, to replace rice with vermicelli!
