Ingredients
4 pieces of camembert 125 g
1 egg
breadcrumbs
flour
frying fat
# For the sauce:
50 g butter
100 g jam blueberries
100 ml white wine
Method
Camembert is wetted with water. Add some flour, then in beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Fried in oil bath until golden. The sauce is prepared as a sweet warm with the butter, then add the wine and allow to boil for 5-6 minutes. Serve warm.
