Chicken in a sauce of walnuts (Bazhe)

Ingredients
1 chicken
sunflower oil for frying
salt
# For the sauce:
500 g walnuts
2 g turmeric
3 g curry
salt
Method
The chicken is cut portions, add salt and fry. The walnuts be very finely grind and knead with hands (like dough) until release sunflower oil. The oil from the walnuts remains. To the walnuts added turmeric, curry and salt and this mixture was added cold water until it became a thick slurry. Chilled parched chicken put in the sauce, sprinkle top with the oil and the walnuts. This sauce can be used for fried fish.
