Ingredients
2 eggs
250 g yogurt
250 g water
300-400 g flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar

Method
Soda is dissolved in yogurt. Eggs are broken. Add yoghurt, water, salt, sugar and gradually pour the flour, to obtain a dough with a density boza. Pancakes are baked on hot plate or pan, then are coated with butter. Serve with honey, feta cheese or jam.
