200 g couscous
150 g green peppers
100 g black olives
100 g chorizo
1 onion
150 g cherry tomatoes
oil
salt and pepper

Method
Boil the cous-Kusa in 1 liter of cold water for 10-13 minutes. Cut into small cubes green peppers, onions and olives. In a heated pan with olive oil fry the onion. Add peppers and olives and cook. After the heat treatment, add the cooked couscous. Season with salt, pepper and a pinch of ginger. In a baking dish arrange cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle them with a little olive oil, basil and salt and bake. Using a ring shape finished mixture. Fan arrange chorizo and decorated with cherry tomatoes.
