Fluffy chocolate layered cake

2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 tsp soda
1 tsp baking powder
5 tbsp cocoa
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup hot water
# For the cream:
500-700 g cream, 30% fat
3/4 cup sugar
Mix all dry ingredients - flour, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa. Separately, in a large bowl beat eggs with sugar until white cream, add them to the milk and the oil. Then rasim sifted flour mixture into the egg mixture, and stirring to give a sponge dough. Finally sent down gradually and hot water, stirring the mixture nice. Do not worry, eggs do not intersect. Pour the dough into a greased and sprinkled with flour form cake with diameter 23 cm. Bake the cake at 160C degrees for 60-70 minutes. The finished base is divided into 3 parts.
