Hen shpikovana with salo

Ingredients
1 (1 kg) chicken
100 g salo
2 heads (100 g) onion
3/4 cup (150 ml) vegetable oil
300 g canned peas
30 g butter
3-4 cloves garlic
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
pepper
salt
Method
The chicken is boiled whole in salted water. Remove and shpikova with bits of salo, smeared the inside and outside with the butter, mixed with black pepper and crushed garlic and place in a baking dish. Onions, finely chopped, stew in part by vegetable oil, stained with red pepper and pour into pan. Chicken bake from time to time pour the sauce from the pan. Serve with peas, stewed in the rest of the vegetable oil.
