Horse mackerel in the oven with Tartar sauce

Ingredients
1 kg mackerel
250 ml sunflower oil
3 yolks
salt
lemon
3-4 drops of vinegar
a few drops of juice from grated onion
mustard to taste
2 pickles
parsley
Method
The cleaned and washed fish salt it, put it in a baking dish, pour 50 ml sunflower oil and bake in the oven. After firing is boned and the bay with Tartar sauce, prepared as follows: egg yolks, mustard and vinegar drops warmed confused about 5 minutes. Gradually, a spoon scoop added the oil, stirring continuously. Finally, after thicken, add the chopped pickles, parsley, lemon juice and onion and salt if necessary. It can be used and other fish.
