Lamb with zucchini

Ingredients
750 g lamb
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
1 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
700 g zucchini
1 tsp (5 g) red pepper
1/2 hours. h. (100 g) yogurt
salt
dill
Method
The meat is cut into pieces and fry in a large part of the oil. In the same oil after removing the meat stew onion, finely chopped, and flour. Add the tomato paste and red pepper. The meat is returned, pour hot water and boil. When the meat is tender, add the courgettes, diced and stewed in the rest of the fat. Dish boil for another 20-30 minutes. Serve with yogurt and chopped dill.
