Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
250 g minced meat
5-6 pickles
2 onions
2-3 eggs
100 g cheese
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp savory
Method
Cook potatoes, peel and compressed. Separate into two portions. One part is spread into a greased pan with sunflower oil. Top put pre fried onions with minced meat, tomato paste and spices. On mince rank sliced pickles on wheels. Thereon was poured the rest of the potato. Moussaka is flooded with a mixture of beaten eggs and grated cheese. Bake about 30 minutes in preheated oven.
