Ingredients
1 egg
1 cup water
1 cup lard (rendered)
3 tbsp sugar
20 g yeast
flour as necessary for soft dough
For the filling: of your choice - sweet, jam, feta cheese, cheese, sausage
yolk spreads

Method
On products knead soft dough which was separated on 6 balls. Each of them is rolled and cut into eight parts. Insert the optional stuffing sweet or feta cheese. Turn and brushed with egg yolk. Arrange in a baking dish and bake without it rest in preheated oven at 180C.
