Popska breakfast

Ingredients
2 eggs
500 ml milk
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1 tbsp paprika
4 tbsp sunflower oil
30 g butter
Method
Beat the eggs with a fork in foam. Slowly pour a trickle of milk and sprinkles with flour until the end. Add red pepper and mix well. Let the mixture sit for 30 minutes. The mixture should get consistency of pancake dough - a rare and not as cakes (more dense). Kindle the oil and pour it in the tray. Pour the mixture thereof, at a thickness of 3-5 cm. Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese and lump butter. Bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven 20-25 minutes until browned. Serve hot breakfast with yogurt. * A thing between savory pancake and savory caramel cream.
