Ingredients
6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 and 1/2 cup flour
250 g butter
1 cup jam of your choice
200 g walnuts
400 g sugar
400 ml water

Method
Eggs are broken with sugar. Add the flour and stir with a wooden spoon. Pour the mixture into a rectangular baking dish and bake in a moderate oven. When ready to put on a damp cloth and rolled up. There are also two syrup - one of the roll, the other for the cream. Sugar (200 g) is boiled with water (200 ml) - with this syrup is poured developed base roll. Boil and other syrup (200 g of sugar and 200 ml water) and allowed to cool. Mix the butter with a mixer and add the syrup trickle. Easy to roll and put jam. Wound and the same cream smeared and outside and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
