Shepherd's pie (Shepherd's pie) - II type

Ingredients
800 g of minced meat lamb
2 onions
1 kg potatoes
1 carrot
100 g frozen peas
75 g butter
200 ml vegetable broth
100 ml cream
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 bunch parsley

Method
Onion and carrot finely and sauté in half of the butter. Add minced meat and stew over medium heat until it begins to turn gray. Add the broth and Worcestershire sauce and let it cook for about 10 minutes, if necessary, add water. Cook potatoes and mashed well with the rest of the butter, cream and salt. In baking pan spread a mixture of minced meat and vegetables, and then it spread potatoes. Put it to bake at 300 C for about 30 minutes. Serve hot sprinkled with chopped parsley.

mix it with minced meat prepared, not lamb, but everything else is in the recipe. Tasty get and not eat anything!
