Stewed chicken with vegetables and spices

Ingredients
1 chicken (about 1 kg)
vegetable oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
leaves from 1 sprig rosemary
300 g zucchini
250 g red peppers
3 cloves garlic
Chapter 1 onion
100 g olives
1 tbsp flour
300 ml dry white wine
1 tbsp cream
black pepper, salt, sugar
Method
Cleaned and washed chicken is divided into portions. In heated oil fry the pieces of meat. Courgettes cut into rings, peppers - diced. Garlic and onions are cleaned and cut into small pieces. All vegetables are added to the chicken, with herbs and olives. Pour 100 ml wine and stew 30 minutes on low heat. The meat is removed, vegetables, sprinkle with flour and bring to a boil again. Add the remaining wine, cream, salt, sugar and pepper. The chicken back into the sauce and serve.
