Stewed wild boar

Ingredients
1 kg leg of wild boar preferably fatter
50 g salo
marjoram
35 g fat
2 tbsp (20 g) tomato paste
1 cup (200 ml) red wine
salt
pepper

2 bay leaves
4 black peppercorns
1/2 cup (100 ml) vinegar

Method
In 500 ml salted water to the boil sliced ​​onion, clean and coarsely chopped root soup, bay leaves and peppercorns. Once the onion is tender, add the vinegar and the resulting marinade is allowed to cool. Piece of ham from wild pig wash, remove the skins, skins and excess fat layer.
