Ingredients
          4 zucchini
          8 tomatoes
          400 g minced meat mix
          3/4 cup Rice
          6 cloves garlic
          1 onion
          parsley, dill, oregano, pepper, salt

          Method
              Minced meat fry in olive oil with garlic and onions. Add the rice and leave on low heat with a lid. During this time, tomatoes and courgettes to carve. The interior is finely cut or passaged and added to the minced meat. Add spices to taste. Boil medium heat closed for 10 minutes. Add chopped dill and parsley. Tomatoes and zucchini are filled. Leave in oven for 30 minutes at 200C.

Thanks for the recipe :) It was very tasty! Palnih only courgettes as to stuffing added 3 tomatoes. I did not choking. Carved zucchini filled with raw stuffing, but what was I cast in the baking pan. I poured a little water. 10th minute before removing them from the oven and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese. Splendor!
