30 g almonds
4 tbsp sunflower oil
Trout cleaned as head left. Salt the inside and outside as the inside is rubbed pepper. Parchment paper smeared with sunflower oil. Trout sprinkled with plenty of almonds, tightly wrapped as a package in the paper and place in a greased pan with sunflower oil. Bake in preheated moderate oven. Serve in sachets, slightly open top, garnished with chopped parsley and a slice of lemon.
