Trout fried with green salad and vinaigrette

Ingredients
2 green salads
1/2 cup olive oil
2-4 cloves garlic
2 tsp grated lemon peel
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
2 cleaned chilled fish trout

Method
Wash the fish and salt it inside and out. Add some flour and fry until the meat turns white and the skin begins to separate, at least preheated oil (about 5-7 minutes on each side). To prepare salad salad, in a bowl mix the lemon juice, lemon peel, crushed garlic and olive oil. Stir until homogeneous. Seasoned with salt and pepper and mix again. Wash the lettuce well and is broken in a salad bowl, pour with wine g ethanol and cool before serving as a side dish of fish.
