Trout with vegetables

Ingredients
1 trout
vegetable mix
pepper, salt
1 lemon
lemon juice
1 cup water

Method
Fish is cleaned, washed and seasoned with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place lemon slices in the belly of the fish. Place in a greased baking pan. Vegetables are distributed evenly around the fish. Pour water. Tray covered with foil and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour.
