Ingredients
300 g minced meat
4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs
1-2 onions
2 eggs
parsley
sunflower oil
flour
savory
pepper

Method
Mix the minced meat, breadcrumbs, savory and pepper . Boil the eggs, then cut into small cubes. Of minced meatballs are formed double oval. Chop into crescents and fry in a little sunflower oil. Of each of the shaped meatballs in the middle put the onion, eggs and finely chopped parsley. Wrapping on the patty and slightly flattened. Rolled in flour and fry in a little oil. Serve hot garnished with steamed rice or peas and fried potatoes.
