Croquettes nettle

Ingredients
500 g nettle (maybe frozen)
60 g butter
4 eggs
100 g cheese
100. g feta cheese
5 tbsp flour
150 g breadcrumbs
parsley
pepper, salt
sunflower oil
100 g milk

Method
Nettle is brewed in salted water. Then grinding the mess. In a pan fry the flour in butter cow and diluted with milk. Combine all this with a strained nettle, breadcrumbs, grated cheese, 2 eggs, parsley, the feta cheese, black pepper and salt. All this confusion and shape balls, roll them in flour, then in the other two broken eggs and fry in preheated fat.
