Meatballs with peppers and mushrooms in the oven

Ingredients
600 g minced meat
2-3 green peppers
100 g mushrooms
1 onion
200 ml tomato juice
80 g cheese
40 g ground walnuts
1 egg white
100 ml white wine
savory
parsley
salt
sunflower oil
Method
Onions, peppers, mushrooms and cheese finely. Mixed with minced meat and add savory, parsley, egg whites and the walnuts. If necessary add salt. The mixture was aged in a refrigerator for 1 hour. Formed into balls, arranged in a buttered baking dish and pour the wine and tomato juice. Bake in a moderate oven. Serve with mashed potatoes or boiled noodles.
