Potatoes with cream and blue cheese
500 g potatoes - fresh or old
150 ml sour cream
100-150 g blue cheese
cheese or mozzarella - optional

If the potatoes are washed only fresh and if you need larger cut in halves, or peel and cut into large cubes. The cream was stirred with 50 ml water, added salt. Potatoes rank in glass dish with lid (or pan that is covered with foil), pour in the cream, mixed, top blue distributes chopped feta cheese. Bake in a preheated moderate oven until almost done, then remove cover (fthe oil) and bake until ready and until constipation. Optional can sprinkle with cheese 5 minutes before removing from the oven.
