Sop in pots

Ingredients
6 slices of bread
200 g feta cheese
50 g butter
1 cup yogurt
1 egg
Method
Gyuvechetata are coated inside with butter. The bread is cut into chunks and distributed in gyuvechetata. On it is crushed 3/4 of the feta cheese and small pieces of butter. Put to bake in a moderate oven until browned bread, often stirring. Beat egg, yogurt and feta cheese and the rest of the mixture is poured on top gyuvechetata. Again baked, redness of topping.
