Chicken kebabs with corn

Ingredients
800 g minced meat chicken
1 cup crumbs of white bread
130 g canned corn
1 sprig fresh garlic
30 g cornmeal
salt
# For garnish:
2 large tomatoes
1 onion
2 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
1 tbsp orange juice
salt
Method
Corn grind to a paste. Chicken is thoroughly mixed with bread crumbs corn puree, finely chopped stalk of garlic and salt to taste. Of finished minced meat form 12 large meatballs. Kebapchetata arrange in a baking dish whose bottom is covered with aluminum foil, oiled. Bake 35 minutes in preheated oven at 180 C. Serve with vegetable mixture. mixtures of vegetables: Finely chopped tomatoes and onions, crushed garlic, coriander and orange juice mix. Add salt to wish. The finished mixture is left in the fridge for 1 hour but before serving subtract to come to room temperature.
