Roll puff pastry with chicken

Ingredients
1 kg puff pastry
250 g of white chicken meat
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
150 g cheese
1 yolk
150 ml cream
1 small red pepper
celery leaves
1-2 pinches of curry, pepper
1 avocado (optional)
1 tsp sesame
Method
In a pan with a little sunflower oil sauté the chopped onion, garlic and chicken. Once the meat get a golden color, add salt and add pepper and curry. The filling is then allowed to cool and then add to it grated cheese and cream. Mix well. Puff dough is spread on top and sprinkle the filling. On it are arranged chopped celery leaves, pepper and avocado. The dough is rolled up and placed in a tray. Spread top with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated 220 C oven. Serve cut into slices.
