Walnut-strawberry sponge cakecheta

Ingredients
100 ml sunflower oil
1 egg
180 g brown sugar
250 g yogurt
140 g white flour
120 g wholemeal flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
60 g of crushed walnuts
200 g strawberries
1/2 tsp cinnamon
vanilla sugar
Method
Both types of flour sifted with baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon and mix with the walnuts. Egg mix with the sugar, add the yogurt and the oil. Then gradually add the dry ingredients. Finally, to better shattered mixture add sliced ​​strawberries. The dough is divided into 12 small shapes for cake, spread with butter. Bake 20-25 minutes in a preheated 180C oven until a golden crust.
