Trout Greek

Ingredients
4 trout fish
pepper, salt
50 g melted butter
juice of 2 lemons
1/2 bunch of dill, parsley, lovage
1 tsp mustard
1 tbsp cream
50 ml white wine

Method
Trout sprinkled with pepper and salt. Prepare a marinade of melted butter, lemon juice, chopped dill, parsley and lovage. Insert and mustard, cream and wine. Fish are covered with the marinade and leave for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Remove each one is bends in aluminum Greased foil, place in a baking dish and bake in moderate oven 25 minutes. Serve with sautéed in butter boiled potatoes sprinkled with parsley and lemon slices olives.
