Breaded fish with cornflakes

Ingredients
2 fillets of fish bream or other fish
120 g mushrooms
1 tbsp soy sauce
60 ml cooking cream
salt, pepper
cornflakes breading
2 eggs
1 clove garlic
2 tbsp processed cheese
1 tbsp butter
fat frying

Method
Cornflakes oval grind in a blender or hammered in a mortar. The mushrooms were washed and then fried in the butter. Add the chopped clove of garlic, then add salt and add pepper. Mix well, add processed cheese, soy sauce and cooking cream, stirring again. Allow to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. During this time the eggs are broken, fillet was immersed therein, and then pressed into a milled cereal. Fry in heated oil until golden. Serve accompanied by the sauce.
