Fish cod with coconut milk and peppers

Ingredients
1 large fish fillet cod
2 tomatoes
1 onion
2 green peppers
450 ml coconut milk
60 ml cooking cream
salt, paprika, pepper
saffron
oil
1 and 1/2 cup rice

Method
Peppers and tomatoes cut into cubes. Onion cut into thin circles. At the same time the rice is poured into a pot of boiling salted water. Boil until ready. In a pan put olive oil, add the vegetables and tenderloin. Salt, add red and black pepper. Mix spiced everything well. Then to the mixture was added coconut milk and cream, allowed to boil. Once the fish is cooked is removed from the pan and let the sauce cool to be thickened. Then add to the vegetables and saffron cream. Wait 3-4 minutes and served as fillet pour the sauce and garnish with rice.
