Ingredients
400 g minced meat
200 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 onion
100 ml tomato juice
2 kg potatoes (large)
pepper, salt, savory, paprika
200 g cheese
100 ml sunflower oil (olive oil)

Method
Peel the potatoes and boil in salted water, taking care not are dissolved. Once ready, cut into halves and is carved inside them to get boats that are arranged in an oiled tray. In a separate pot heat the oil, which briefly fry the chopped onions and mushrooms. Add the minced meat, tomato juice and spices. Boil to a thick pad. With finished stuffing filled potatoes, as each is placed on a slice of cheese and sprinkled with savory. Bake in a moderate oven.
