Chicken liver with boiled eggs

Ingredients
4 eggs
500 g chicken livers
2 leeks onion
8-10 field mushrooms
1 tbsp flour
butter
1 cube chicken broth
parsley, black pepper

Method
Luke and Mushrooms cut and fry in the butter. After 2-3 minutes, add 1 tbsp flour and chicken stock dissolved in 200-300 ml hot water. Add the raw liver and allowed to simmer for about 10 minutes. Eggs are cooked separately for about 5 minutes. Peel and add to the livers. Boil for about 5 min. Sprinkle with parsley and pepper.

when I boil chicken livers, throw water (broth), and with a little oil fry them with 5-6 heads chopped onion and 1 red pepper idea. Are very tasty.
