Fruit layered cake with jam and rum

Ingredients
3 prepared the base for cake
# For the cream:
500 ml milk
10 tbsp flour
12 tbsp sugar
1 ampoule essence rum
200 g jam blueberries or other
300 g whipped sweet cream
40 g gelatin
# For the syrup:
1 and 1/2 cup water
1 cup sugar
2 vanilla
# To decorate:
fruit of your choice

Method
Milk 300 ml water and sugar, mix and allow to boil. To the boiling mixture is added to the flour, dissolved in water and allowed to boil for 10 minutes while stirring continuously. Remove from heat and allow to cool. To the already cooled mixture was added the gelatin and essence. Mix well and mixed with the cream. In the form of a mobile bed is placed first base, moist with syrup smeared with jam and put second base. The side walls can be ordered ready roll or cut cookies. Pour the cream, put it third base, syrup and pour again with cream. Leave in the refrigerator until it tightens around 5:00 then removed from the mold and decorate with fruit of your choice.
