Ingredients
1.5 kg hake
1 onion
1 green pepper
6 cloves garlic
1 kg potatoes
1 tomato
oil
parsley, salt

Method
Cut the onion, pepper and garlic and fry in olive oil. Peel the potatoes and cut into slices, rinse with water and drain. Add to the mixture of onion, pepper and garlic and put parsley. Fry until the mixture with potatoes Grind the garlic in a mortar, add salt, add parsley and olive oil and mix everything well. Drain them well fried vegetables and put in a fire pan. Pour a fillet of hake on potatoes, add salt and smeared with garlic mixture. Top ranks tomatoes, sliced. Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 200 C oven.
