Ingredients
200 g boiled beetroot
200 g apples
200 g carrots
40 g per celery
parsley
salt and olive oil to taste
# For the dressing:
80 ml olive oil
80 g Honey
50 g mustard

Method
Beetroot, apples, celery and carrots and cut into julienne. Without mixing, add salt and sprinkle with olive oil, carrots like to add chopped parsley. Mustard mix in a bowl with honey and olive oil. The products are stacked in layers, may be used a metal ring. Salad flavored with dressing.

Healthy, delicious and beautiful salad! Only disturbs me the amount of mustard - '59 I think is a lot.
It was 50, but I press not want 9 instead of 0. I am not make it with accuracy, as did itself -portsiyata the picture. Honey, mustard and olive oil mingled his eye in equal amounts and I loved it. :)
