The eggs are broken and put them in a little flour and milk until a smooth slurry. Was added gradually with stirring, the remaining milk. In a pan, greased with butter, pour in 1-2 tablespoons of the mixture (in the pan). After fry on both sides, the pancakes are smeared with jam, roll to roll or fold into triangles, sprinkle with powdered sugar flavored with vanilla, pour in the syrup and serve.

This recipe for pancakes is great Try it!

It is very cool.

They remind me my childhood in Bulgaria - very tasty.

are well, but you'll need plenty of flour.

I usually put very little milk and more water and become great.

My thing is not got too dry and why?

If pancakes are hard and tough - it means you need to add a little milk to the mixture. If you are very soft and fragile and break easily, then you should add a little flour to the mixture. The easiest way is to make the pancake batter and then the first pancake made to determine whether it needs correction.

Try this recipe for pancakes really worth. Super is.
