Tart with cream cheese

Ingredients
# For the cream:
1 tbsp gelatin powder
80 g sugar
500 g cream cheese
# For the base (the base):
200 g crumbly biscuits
30 g sugar
100 g butter
# spreads (optional):
jam or jam

Method
Gelatin and sugar are covered with 150 ml warm water and leave to swell. The cream cheese mix with a mixer and add to gelatin opened. The biscuits are ground, add sugar and cow's butter - melted, mix well. Finished biscuit mixture is poured into the form of a cake with detachable board is pressed with a spoon to get an equal base. Bake 10 minutes in the preheated oven to 180C degrees. Already cold finished base is coated with gelatin cream and leave in refrigerator for several hours to harden. Optional can bake or flood with jam or jam of your choice.
