Ingredients
1 kg chicken gizzards
2-3 onions
300 g rice
salt
pepper
mint (mint)

Method
Chicken gizzards are washed well and put in a pressure cooker to are boiled in salted water for 20 minutes. Chop the onion finely and fry in 4-5 tbsp sunflower oil. Add the washed rice and mixed to become transparent. In the pan put the rice and cooked and chopped gizzards, pour the broth and season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with mint and put to bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes.
