Chicken with lemon sauce

Ingredients
1 chicken breast
1 egg white
1 tbsp water
2 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp dry sherry
3 tsp cornmeal
1/2 cup cornmeal, mixed with 2 and 1/2 tbsp white flour
sunflower oil for frying
# For the lemon sauce:
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 tbsp water
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dry sherry
2 tbsp cornmeal
4 green onions chopped

Method
Cut the chicken into strips, mix egg whites, water, soy sauce, sherry and some flour (3 tsp cornmeal) in a small bowl until homogeneous. The resulting mixture is poured over the chicken and set aside for about 10 minutes. The remaining corn and white flour are put together in a dish and add some chicken to the mixture. In boiling fat put chicken pieces and fry until golden. Attempted with slotted spoon and allowed to drain on a paper. For the lemon sauce: mix lemon juice, water, sugar and sherry in a small pan. Allow to boil over medium heat and stir until the sugar is melted. Dissolve the cornmeal in a spoon of water to a homogeneous mixture was added to the lemon mixture and stir until sauce boils and thickens. Place the chicken on a serving plate, sprinkle the top with the sauce, sprinkle with green onion and serve immediately . * Fillets can be prepared and aims to be cut before you pour the sauce.
