Ingredients
1 kg of veal shoulder
2 carrots
3 green peppers
tomatoes 3
3 green onions link
1 bunch fresh garlic
1 bunch parsley
1/2 cup wine
1 tbsp flour
salt, black pepper
Method
Meat fry in fat and poured into clay casseroles. All products are cut not very finely and add to the meat. Add wine, flour and spices. Make 1 cup hot water. Cover and bake about 3 hours on low heat. Serve with a garnish of your choice.

I loved your recipe. Today will do just that with lamb. I left in the freezer of Easter. Will share the outcome then.
