Peaches in batter

Ingredients
1 kg peaches (half of compote)
100 g hard biscuits
100 g ground almonds
1 tsp vanilla sugar
rind of 1 lemon (grated)
120 g jam or marmalade peach
2 sheets of puff pastry
1 egg yolk

Method
Peach dry. Ground almonds mixed with crushed biscotti, lemon peel, vanilla sugar and jam and be confused with a little water. The blend pellets are formed (the nut). Spread one sheet of dough. In each half peach put almond ball and ranks on the sheet of dough with the filling down. Covered with the second sheet, and with the aid of glass are cut. Received hemispheres punctured with a fork and decorate with strips of dough trimmings. Smeared with yolk. The drought in preheated oven - 200 C. Hot sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Tasty and not difficult to implement.

I really like this recipe ... there room for improvisation in season! I think that seamlessly can be made with other fruit, even with small berries. Bravo!
