Ingredients
9-10 chicken upper thighs
100 g smoked cheese or hard cheese

3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp mustard
white pepper
vegeta
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
the juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp dried garlic

Method
Mix the marinade and let the legs be marinated at least 3 hours. Before putting them on the BBQ, make a pocket in the leg and put 1-2 pieces of cheese. Pierce the end of a stick. Place skin side down legs and bake 10 minutes of strong BBQ - 200 C. Reduce the BBQ and turn the legs. If the BBQ will cover, cover with oil and fsunflower bake 30 minutes at about 130 C. Finally, turn back legs and bake for about 2 minutes of intense BBQ. legs become and barbecue - by moving the BBQ at different levels of the barbecue and cover again with foil to stew.

I will surely try proposal, I have not tried with whole leg. Unfortunately my grill is not regulated ...
Thanks for evaluation. Before you buy a grill with thermostat, very often I was going to burn the meat on top and inside is raw or slice of tomato to stick to the grill of high temperature or onions to burn and start to taste bitter before at least slightly softened . So during baking rule out the grill for about 3-5 minutes to I deleted and then re-turn it so. Is constantly standing around the grill and manually adjustable baking.
