Ingredients
400 g mushrooms
40 ml vinegar
40 ml white wine
6-7 cloves garlic
20 ml sunflower oil
10 peppercorns
salt
bay leaf
dill
Method
Mushrooms Wash, cut and boiled for 15 minutes in a marinade of all other products. Mushrooms are allowed to cool in the liquid. Arrange in jars and kept cool.
