Ingredients
2 cups flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 cup milk
2 eggs
1/4 cup sunflower oil

Method
In a bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl whisk eggs, milk and the oil. Pour the egg mixture onto the mixture of the flour and mix. The mixture is baked like pancakes.
