Ingredients
          300 g dark chocolate
          300 g of milk chocolate
          2 eggs
          125 g brown sugar
          75 g flour
          125 g butter
          1 handful of nuts optional
          100 g of chocolate for decoration

          Method
              A water bath Melt the dark chocolate and the butter. Eggs and sugar are broken down and added to the slightly cooled chocolate. Add and coarsely chopped nuts and flour. Pour into a baking dish, covered with oiled paper and bake in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes. Cooling is removed from the mold and coated with the molten water bath milk chocolate with a lump butter. When the icing hardens, decorate the top with melted chocolate (white or brown) with a syringe and can be made and inscriptions.
